Join Roosevelt University's Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate and the U.S. Green Building Council - Illinois Chapter for a two-part program on developing, leasing and operating buildings according to the latest and best sustainability practices - and understanding the business benefits.

Both events will occur on Wednesday, June 5th, in the new LEED GOLD Wabash Building of Roosevelt University.

Please plan to join us for both of these special programs with noted national and local leaders. We've made great strides in the past 10 years. Yet there still remain great gaps in the construction communities with their traditional separate interests: between architects - clients; between code officials - builders; between landlords - tenants; between entrepreneurs - supporters.

MORNING PROGRAM:
BUILDING BETTER BUILDINGS GREEN LEASE FORUM
from 9:00-11:30 (light breakfast at 8:30) with a noted panel of local leaders (Helen Kessler, Susan Heinking, Vicki Noonan and John Wichman) accompanied by two national leaders:  Roy Torbert, Principal, Rocky Mountain Institute and Richard Kadzis, Editor, LEADER Magazine, CoreNet Global.  The Building Smarter Buildings Green Lease Forum is an exciting collaboration between USGBC-Illinois and the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real estate to share and gain information - insight - inspiration from expert panelists who will discuss the issues and present their perspectives on building better buildings and the collaborative  "green" leasing process.
